As a currently homebound traveller, I love your journal and keep every issue for future travels. If you care to add anything to your cooking equipment, a cast iron pot will make terrific cornbread (and deserts). Enjoy your travels. Kathleen

Thanks, Kathleen! I used to have a cast iron skillet that I made cornbread in when we lived in Austin -- sadly I don't have room for one in the van. Thanks for following along!

Love the color mix for the dessert. Also love your snowmen! I like that you used a rose tone. As a northern girl I have always used blue - the cold blue of the northern ice. I like this more rose colored snow person.

Thanks, Joanne! I didn't have a blue in my palette so I thought why not just try rose/purple? And I loved it too!

I really like it and played with it today. Fun to go a different direction with familiar images. I can easily get stuck in the same old ideas.

If you're going to be a near a Whole Foods, you can have Amazon deliver packages there.

Thanks, Steve! We did that in Santa Fe and we’ve also used Amazon lockers at gas stations. The problem is not everything arrived when it was supposed to! And several things arrived damaged. No bueno :(
