I hope you have a fabulous time in Santa Fe! We loved it there and I think it's a nice size of town for you to make your foray back into "civilization"! There is so much history there - it's definitely a must-see stop while you are in the area!
We visited El Malpais--very cool lava tubes to explore. Santa Fe was a good place to restock supplies, but way to busy--couldn't wait to get back into the mountains!
We visited El Malpais--such fascinating lava formations. We went down in some of the lava tubes! Santa Fe was too busy; we couldn't wait to leave and get back in the mountains :)
I really enjoy reading about your travel adventures and seeing your photos and sketches. I’m in Santa Fe for the summer (I’ll be at Annapurna’s on Wednesday morning with a vegan group, btw😉) and hope to sign up for your August 18th workshop.
